The Creative Strategist will play a central role in driving customer acquisition through performance led creative across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. As a Creative Strategist you will own the thinking behind the creative. The Creative Strategist will turn customer insight into scroll stopping concepts, strong briefs and high performing campaigns. This role is focused on performance, using data and testing to continuously improve output and deliver measurable results. This position offers real autonomy and influence.
The Creative Strategist will work closely with performance and content teams to build a structured testing roadmap, ensuring a consistent pipeline of creative that drives engagement and conversion.

- Strong understanding of key metrics including CPA, CTR and CVR
- Excellent copywriting skills with ability to create high impact hooks
- Experience within DTC or ecommerce environments
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with a test and learn approach
