I m working with an international consumer goods business that s creating a brand-new Indirect Tax Manager role as part of its continued growth.

They re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of indirect tax.

Someone who s just as comfortable getting into the detail of complex VAT issues as they are working with the wider business to improve processes, influence projects and make sure things are done the right way.

This isn t a role where you ll sit in a corner preparing returns.

You ll be involved in cross-border VAT matters, finance transformation, systems, compliance, governance and business partnering across the EMEA region.

It s a broad role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to have a genuine influence on how indirect tax operates across the business.

What you ll be doing: Leading and improving indirect tax compliance across EMEA.

Advising on cross-border VAT matters across wholesale and e-commerce operations.

Supporting ERP implementation and wider finance transformation projects.

Reviewing new business activities and supply chain changes from an indirect tax perspective.

Working closely with Finance, IT and operational teams to improve systems, reporting and controls.
