This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll lead Store Managers, drive sales and KPIs, and play a key role in developing teams and improving performance across multiple locations.

The Role
As Cluster Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of a group of stores. You'll work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, improve KPIs, develop people and maintain high standards across every location.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across the cluster
- Reviewing store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Supporting Store Managers with recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Ensuring strong operational, visual merchandising and customer service standards
- Managing performance and supporting succession planning across the cluster
- Working closely with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives
- Regularly visiting stores and being a visible, hands-on retail leader
About You
- Proven experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager or in a similar multi-site retail management role
- Strong fashion or lifestyle retail experience
- A proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Experience leading and developing Store Managers across multiple locations
- Confident analysing performance and turning commercial data into action
- Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Hands-on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and developing people
