As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store - leading by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and your team.

What you'll be doing:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running day-to-day operations
- Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver outstanding customer service
- Help to motivate and guide the team to meet sales targets and deliver a great in-store experience
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store
- Assist with stock control, visual merchandising, and maintaining high store standards
- Be a product ambassador, offering expert advice and sharing your passion for the outdoors

- Previous retail experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder, or Senior Sales Assistant
