Zachary Daniels have partnered exclusively with a growing jewellery brand, now opening a new store in Manchester City Centre. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join the team. You will be a strong commercial and operational leader whilst playing a key role in the opening of this store.

Store Manager key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure a high standard of customer experience.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store presentation.
  • Manage HR tasks including recruitment, training, performance management, staff development, payroll.
  • Manage store team, including scheduling, performance management, and ensuring staff are motivated and well-prepared.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and data protection.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels, best-selling products, and sales trends to optimise stock management and product selection.
  • Conduct stock counts and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand without excessive overstock.

Store Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail Store Management role
  • Background in Jewellery essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience opening new stores advantageous
