Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a retailer who is growing, opening new stores and really taking charge of the market! We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times, and ensuring you lead well.

We want to recruit an experienced Store Manager who is hands-on, commercial, and results-driven, combined with an enthusiasm for delivering world-class customer service. The successful candidate will come from a sales environment work experience ideally in; Homeware, Electronics, DIY, Telecoms, or one-to-one customer service sector.

Store Manager Benefits

Store Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Driving customer service standards in your store
  2. Achieving store and company targets
  3. Advising customers with inspirational ideas to fulfil their needs
  4. Getting to know your customers and recommending and listening to their needs accordingly
  5. Working within a 1-1 service environment
  6. Leading a team by example – driving results and service
  7. Develop a high performing and winning team through regular coaching and 1:1s, delivering engaging and motivating team briefs supported by a strong rapport with the branch team

Our client’s Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer-focused brand and seeks to be rewarded for your ability to drive sales in store. To be successful for this position you will have demonstrable experience as a Store Manager within a sales retail environment, but essential you have a can-do attitude to customer experience and building the sales.
