We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a high profile outdoor retail store based at Cotswold Designer Outlet.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial Store Manager who thrives in a fast paced outlet environment, enjoys leading high performing teams, and wants to be rewarded for delivering results.

With a salary of £35,000 plus bonus and OTE over £38,000, this role offers strong earning potential alongside long term progression.

Store Manager responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will:

Take full ownership of store performance and commercial results
Drive sales, conversion and ATV through strong leadership and coaching
Lead and motivate a large retail team in a high footfall outlet environment
Deliver excellent customer service and brand standards at all times
Manage visual merchandising to maximise sales and stock flow
Recruit, train and develop your team to build a high performing culture
Oversee stock control, compliance, audits and health and safety
Use commercial reporting to identify opportunities and improve profitability

About you

We are looking for a Store Manager who has:

Proven experience as a Store Manager within outlet, fashion, outdoor, footwear or lifestyle retail
A strong commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs and P&L
The ability to lead, develop and retain a high performing retail team
A hands on, results driven leadership style
