Providing warm, professional, and knowledgeable consultations on a range of products – from homeware to limited-edition pieces. Driving showroom sales, hitting realistic but challenging targets, and building strong relationships with loyal and new clients. Creating a beautifully presented space – visual merchandising, hanging artwork, and ensuring everything is showroom ready. Playing a hands-on role in all areas of retail operations, from day-to-day store management to hosting occasional events. What we\’re looking for: A positive, engaging, and people-first leader with experience in retail or showroom management. Someone with an eye for detail, a flair for presentation, and a real passion for selling. A confident communicator – both face-to-face and over the phone – who thrives in a client-facing role.
