We're a well-established, multi-channel fashion retailer with retail stores nationwide, and we're looking for an organised, commercially minded Allocator to join our friendly Head Office team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our latest collections are in the right stores at the right time, helping maximise sales and delivering a great customer experience. The Role
- As an Allocator, you'll work closely with our Buying, Merchandising, Distribution and Retail teams to make sure stock is allocated and replenished efficiently across our store network.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocating stock to stores and reviewing performance by product and style
- Managing replenishment to ensure stores have the right stock at the right time
- Analysing sales performance and stock levels to identify opportunities
- Liaising daily with the Distribution Centre regarding deliveries and stock availability
- Supporting stores with delivery, pricing and promotional queries
- Using internal systems to monitor sales, stock levels and store performance
- Producing packing lists and supporting daily stock movements
- Providing product feedback and contributing to future product selection decisions
About You
This role would suit someone with retail, customer service or administration experience who is looking to develop a career within fashion merchandising. We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous retail or administration experience
- Has a genuine passion for fashion and keeps up with the latest trends

- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
