As Senior Paid Media Executive, you will take a hands-on role in planning, managing and optimising PPC and paid search activity across the UK market. Working closely with the Marketing and DTC Director, as well as external media partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across e-commerce and brand-led digital campaigns. This is a key role within a small, collaborative and results-driven team, with responsibility for mentoring a Marketing Executive and contributing to wider digital strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimise PPC and paid search activity, with a strong focus on Google Ads, working closely with the appointed media partner Own performance across paid search, shopping, display and wider digital channels, ensuring ROAS and CPA targets are achieved Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns alongside TV and above-the-line activity Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads and other platforms, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities Work closely with the e-commerce team to drive traffic, conversion and revenue growth Maintain close alignment with brand, retail and DTC teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels Provide paid media insight and recommendations to support promotions, product launches and seasonal trading peaks Oversee and support the Marketing Executive, encouraging best practice and cross-functional collaboration What We Are Looking For: An experienced paid media professional with strong PPC and paid search expertise, ideally within retail or e-commerce Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts and budgets Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight Experience working with media and managing external partners Confident communicator If you are ready to take the next step in your paid media career within a premium global brand, please apply today.
