This is a rare opportunity to join a business where art, design and storytelling come together to create meaningful customer experiences – both in-store and online.
As Senior Designer, you will be at the heart of the brand\’s creative vision. From developing seasonal campaigns to leading packaging, digital assets and in-store design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers connect with the brand. Working from the beautiful head office in Brompton-on-Swale, you\’ll collaborate with teams across product, retail, and marketing to bring concepts to life that inspire, engage, and deliver results.
This is an exciting, hands-on creative leadership role. You\’ll lead projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior designers, setting visual direction, and ensuring every design touchpoint reflects the brand\’s personality and purpose. Whether it\’s a high-impact retail campaign, a beautiful range of packaging, or a bold social media concept, your work will help define how this brand feels and functions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative direction across seasonal campaigns, print and digital design, packaging, POS, merchandise, and social content.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
Collaborate closely with product, retail and eCommerce teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel design experiences.
Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to designers, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with commercial priorities.
Work alongside marketing teams to deliver imaginative, visually exciting concepts that drive engagement and sales.
Stay informed on design, retail, and digital trends to keep the brand\’s creative output fresh, relevant, and inspiring.About You:
You\’re a Senior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and loves the challenge of blending art and strategy. You\’re confident leading projects, inspiring teams, and translating ideas into design that resonates. You have a deep understanding of how great design influences customer behaviour and brand loyalty.
Your portfolio tells a story of bold ideas, attention to detail, and an ability to make brands feel distinctive. You\’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, confident designing for both print and digital, and comfortable working with suppliers and production teams. Experience in motion graphics or illustration is a bonus, as is familiarity with Figma.
You will bring:
3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally within a retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment.
A strong, varied portfolio showcasing campaign, packaging and brand development work.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire others.
