We're looking for an experienced Lead Senior Ecommerce Photographer to support our retail client in their busy Head office studio. You'll work on everything from high-volume eCommerce shoots to creative, lifestyle campaigns, making sure every image reflects the brand's unique style. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with top models and talent, and loves mentoring other photographers, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Do: Lead and direct photoshoots in both studio and on-location, ensuring every shot is on-brand and top quality. Work closely with models, talent, and creative teams to bring concepts to life. Mentor and inspire junior photographers, helping them grow in their craft. Maintain high standards across all shoots, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. Optimise workflows and processes to keep things running smoothly. Provide technical expertise on lighting, composition, and gear. The ideal candidate will have/be: A degree in Photography or related field (and maybe even some professional certifications). Hands-on experience with both studio and location photography. Expertise with Canon Camera systems, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One Pro. A killer portfolio showcasing your commercial work. Great leadership and communication skills-you're comfortable managing a team and giving direction. A love for problem-solving, multitasking, and working under deadlines.
