An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful and fast-growing business as a Senior Administrator, reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for an experienced Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a Personal Assistant position. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior leaders, gaining invaluable exposure while developing your organisational, communication and executive support skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working alongside the Senior Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the executive office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of schedules, communications and key business activities.
Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Team.
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritising and responding where appropriate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and occasional personal bookings.
- Assist with planning weekly priorities and maintaining key trackers.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations as required.
- Support the organisation of meetings, events and executive projects.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and eager to build a career in executive support. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Support role.
- A desire to progress into a Personal Assistant career.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating travel and diary management would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn.
- A full UK driving licence - Essential.
