Zachary Daniels is working in partnership with an emerging luxury beauty brand during an exciting phase of growth. The salon is already established as a modern, high-quality space where consistency, care and attention to detail sit at the centre of everything they do.
We are looking for a Salon Manager to take on a key position within the business, playing a central role in the ongoing success of the site. This Salon Manager opportunity is hands-on, combining leadership, team support and active treatment delivery. The right Salon Manager will help shape standards, culture and the overall client experience through the way the salon operates day to day.
The role sits at the centre of the daily flow of the business, ensuring everything moves smoothly and consistently. That means staying close to both the team and the client journey, supporting where needed, and making sure standards are maintained throughout the day. It is a balance of structure and flexibility guiding the team while remaining present on the treatment floor, delivering services and setting expectations through example rather than instruction alone.
Where your focus will be:
- Keeping the salon running smoothly and supporting the team on shift
- Working alongside therapists to maintain consistent service standards
- Delivering nail, lash and/or brow treatments to a high level
- Creating a calm, organised and welcoming environment for clients and staff
- Supporting new team members and helping build confidence within the team
- Maintaining hygiene, presentation and stock standards
- Handling client feedback professionally and ensuring issues are resolved effectively
About you:
- Background in beauty therapy at senior level or similar
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
- Confident delivering treatments in nails, lashes or brows
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership role
- Organised, calm and able to manage a busy environment
- Strong communication style with a strong client focus
What's on offer:
- Real input into shaping standards and team culture
- Supportive environment with room to grow as the brand develops
- Staff benefits and discounts
- Ongoing training and development
If you're looking for your next opportunity within a high-quality, people-focused salon environment, we'd love to receive your application.
