The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example and help ensure the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day. This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week. The successful candidate needs to be flexible across Monday to Saturday, with the store closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and elevate customer service standards within the store.
  • Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Achieve store and company KPIs.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the store.
