This isn’t a typical jewellery sales role. A brand-new, appointment-only showroom is opening in the heart of Birmingham's business district - and we’re looking for a fine jewellery sales professional ready to be part of it from day one. You won’t be standing behind a counter. You’ll be hosting private consultations, guiding clients through bespoke designs, diamonds and craftsmanship during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
This brand does things differently. Every piece is thoughtfully made. Every appointment is intentional. Sales are consultative, never transactional - built on trust, expertise and genuine connection.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering one-to-one client consultations in a premium showroom
- Translating diamonds, materials and design into confident, clear advice
- Building long-term client relationships through trust and follow-up
- Closing high-value sales with warmth, not pressure
- Working closely with wider teams to create a seamless client journey
Who this is for:
- An experienced fine jewellery or luxury sales professional
- Someone who consistently exceeds targets without hard selling
- A natural relationship-builder with strong emotional intelligence
- Organised, polished and confident managing multiple client journeys
- Ready to step into a role with visibility, ownership and impact
If you’re looking for your next chapter - not just your next job - this is it. Apply now. Be there from the beginning.
