Our client is an established British fine jewellery brand, renowned for its rich heritage and timeless craftsmanship. We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a full time Sales Consultant to join their flagship boutique in Chelsea. The brand is celebrated for its elegant designs, exceptional workmanship, and vibrant use of colour, and is widely regarded as one of the most desirable names in the luxury sector. Please note: this role offers no Sunday working.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times
- HNW CRM
- Ensure first class service is being delivered in store, online or over the telephone.
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Assist with daily store operations when required.
- Assisting with events as required
Qualifications
- Confident and personable
- Experience in luxury retail - jewellery preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will have enthusiasm and be a team player
- Strong attention to detail
