In your role as our Retail Visual Merchandiser you are responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards ensuring all operational procedures are commercially managed to ensure the highest standard and efficient delivery of customer experience.
What you can expect:
* Responsible for implementing window displays & in-store installations according to corporate standards & timelines
* Partner with the corporate Visual Merchandising Team to plan & implement floor moves
* Participate in regular trainings to continuous develop and conduct visual merchandising training sessions for team members
* Continuous feedback to merchandise & visual merchandising team on how local markets compare with other retailers
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed
Key Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.
* To apply the visual merchandising standards and guidelines
* To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner
* To optimise the selling space through the correct use of tools for analysing and calculating profitability
* To be aware of sales figures and performance indicators to take product-based measures accordingly.
* To adapt and react to the sales results by finding solutions in order to make the store more commercial.
* To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors
* To ensure replenishment and additional orders for the store to have the right product.
* To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.
* To continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties.
Your profile:
* Experience in a similar position where the ability as a Visual Merchandiser has been demonstrated preferably in a premium fashion retail environment
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop and experience in training team members
* Strong organizational skills structured work approach with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
