Zachary Daniels are currently working with a globally recognised luxury fashion brand to recruit a Retail Trainer on a 12-month maternity cover. This role would suit someone already working in a Luxury Retail Training or Luxury Learning & Development role. We would also be keen to speak with ambitious luxury retail professionals who have a strong background in coaching, developing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences, and can demonstrate the skills and experience to step into a dedicated training position.

Coming from a strong luxury retail background, you will be able to effectively execute our clients vision for this role, achieve the standards required and engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What we want in our new Retail Trainer:

  • A luxury retail background, ideally within fashion, jewellery or premium retail.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury clientelling, selling ceremonies and customer experience.
  • The confidence to deliver engaging training both on the shop floor and in a classroom environment.
  • The ability to influence teams and drive performance through behavioural coaching.
