This is a pivotal leadership role for an individual with proven experience in the building materials, construction trade, or related B2B supplies sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The Role As Regional Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of branches across London, driving sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence. You\’ll lead from the front, inspiring your teams, building strategic customer relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop branch managers and their teams across multiple locations Drive regional sales performance to exceed targets and KPIs Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade customers and suppliers Ensure excellence in branch operations, customer service, and compliance Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and team development About You Proven track record in a Regional or Area Management role within the building trade supplies, construction materials, or builder\’s merchants industry Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering significant sales growth Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region as needed What\’s On Offer Competitive basic salary up to £90,000 Lucrative bonus scheme based on performance Company car or car allowance Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to join a forward-thinking, growing organisation BBBH33456
