Are you an experienced HR generalist ready for your next challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We're looking for a Regional HR Advisor to support a group of stores across Scotland and North East. You'll bring a strong foundation in HR practices and policies, with a passion for supporting people, driving compliance, and partnering with managers to deliver proactive, people-focused solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment - ideally with experience in retail or another fast-moving industry.
The Role:
- Providing day-to-day HR support to stores across your region
- Coaching and advising managers in line with best practice and current employment legislation
- Attending and supporting with disciplinary, grievance, and investigation meetings
- Conducting HR audits to ensure store compliance
- Driving absence management processes and ensuring consistency across locations
- Supporting with new store openings as the business continues to grow
- Acting as a central point of contact for both managers and team members
- Supporting the Head of HR with broader projects as required
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role (multi-site experience desirable)
- Excellent employee relations knowledge and the ability to manage complex case loads
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the region, with overnight stays as required
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
