What you’ll be doing
- Partner with wholesale and supply chain teams to analyse performance, challenge assumptions, and drive operational improvements.
- Deliver meaningful financial insight on cost‑to‑serve, margin, and route profitability.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across the wholesale function.
- Lead financial analysis around pricing strategy, logistics, and stock efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with non‑finance stakeholders to support decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, visibility, and reporting within the wholesale model.
What we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong commercial finance experience.
- Background in wholesale, logistics, FMCG, or other high‑volume, margin‑sensitive sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operational leaders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, performance, and process improvement.
- Advanced Excel and solid financial modelling capability.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with cross‑functional exposure.
