Recruitment Assistant – 1 Year Contract – Remote, £35,000 Immediate Interviews Zachary Daniels is really excited to partner with an amazing luxury brand for a Recruitment Assistant, this role is fully remote but you will need access to your own laptop. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear direction and motivate team members to perform their tasks efficiently. Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and set priorities. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers. Arrange travel or accommodation for candidates if necessary. Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on the status of their application. Post job openings on various recruitment platforms (job boards, company website, social media, etc.).
