Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the practice team to achieve revenue targets and deliver great customer service, in addition to compliance and other key areas.
- Build strong partnerships with dentists and motivate your teams on a daily basis.
- Manage the practice to drive revenue and ensure high standards of service.
- Ensure all audits are completed to high standards.

- Experience in building a high-performance culture
