PA main roles and Responsibilities: Providing PA support to a Director Diary management via outlook Email management, flagging urgent emails Screening calls and dealing with enquiries Arranging and attending internal and external meetings taking minutes Organising lunches and refreshments Responsible for arranging UK and international travel and accommodation Preparing agendas Assisting with the organisation of staff events Raising Purchase orders Producing reports via Excel Assisting with inductions for new starters and arranging inductions Ordering equipment and supplies Producing correspondence and presentations via Word and Powerpoint PA Requirements, skills and experience: Previous PA experience supporting up to Director Level Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload. Excellent attention to detail. Good understanding of Microsoft packages. A high level of personal and professional discretion.
