Location: Central London (W1) | Salary: £90,000-£115,000 + benefits We are looking for an exceptional Showroom Director to lead a major, high-value retail operation and take it to the next level.
This is not simply a role for someone who has spent years operating within luxury retail.
We are looking for a commercial, ambitious and highly credible retail leader who knows how to build a business, develop people and create genuine, long-term client relationships.
The successful Showroom Director will lead through a team of managers and high-performing sales professionals, creating a culture where people are accountable, ambitious and continually developing.
You could come from luxury, premium or another high-end retail environment.
The industry background matters less than your commercial capability, leadership experience and, importantly, your understanding of what exceptional luxury retail and service actually looks like.
The Opportunity As Showroom Director, you will take ownership of a significant and complex retail operation, leading senior managers and high-performing teams while driving performance across sales, client experience and operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will need to be equally comfortable discussing strategy and analysing performance as you are walking the floor, coaching your team, challenging standards and getting into the operational detail.
You will be responsible for: Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance.
