We are looking for a customer-focused Aftersales & Repair Advisor / Technical Support Advisor to support customers and stores with aftersales, service and repair guidance within the cycling industry. What you will be doing:

  • Providing remote customer service and technical support to customers and stores
  • Handling aftersales, service and repair queries via email and phone
