The Role:
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operation of the store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire your team, drive sales, and ensure the highest standards across all areas of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity
- Driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Organised, commercial, and customer focused
- Passionate about delivering results and creating a positive store culture
