They are looking to grow and expand and they see this through expanding their store estate. This role will sit within their retail merchandising function and be key in maxising sales across their growing store portfolio. Our client is looking for a talented Merchandiser who wants an exciting opportunity which will make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to take ownership of a range of crucial merchandising functions, from WSSI set-up to Range Planning to liaising with external partners and store teams. Key Responsibilities: WSSI Set-up & Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake (WSSI) to ensure accurate reporting and inventory planning. Store Grading: Carry out store grading and assess performance to optimise stock allocation and store-specific needs. Allocations: Manage product allocations to stores, ensuring that stock levels are aligned with demand, store capacity, and sales trends. Range & Product Planning: Work closely with the buying team to plan and define product ranges, ensuring that we have the right products in the right stores at the right time.
