We are partnering with a growing fashion brand at a really exciting point in their journey. The business is scaling and they are now ready to bring their very first HR person into the team. This role is perfect for a Senior HR Advisor who enjoys being close to the business and wants real ownership. You will be building the HR foundations while also supporting day-to-day people matters, so a mix of hands on delivery and bigger picture thinking.
