This is a highly hands-on and influential role for someone who understands the power of storytelling, relationships and talent in building a modern fashion brand. From managing the PR team and securing standout media coverage, to developing high-impact creator partnerships and delivering memorable brand experiences, you will play a key role in the continued growth and positioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the influencer marketing strategy, ensuring activity delivers against both brand and commercial objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with creators, talent, agencies and key tastemakers across fashion, lifestyle and culture.
  • Identify and secure paid partnerships, ambassador opportunities and VIP talent collaborations.
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through to briefing, execution and reporting.
  • Develop and oversee gifting and seeding activity, building authentic and long-term creator relationships.
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to deliver an impactful PR strategy that increases brand awareness and desirability.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the external PR team, ensuring activity is aligned with wider brand and commercial priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, editors, stylists and key industry contacts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for editorial coverage, features, interviews and brand storytelling.
  • Support the planning and delivery of impactful PR, influencer and community events.
  • Manage the PR & Influencer Assistant.

About You:

  • Proven experience within PR, influencer marketing, talent partnerships or brand marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
  • A strong network of creator, talent, media, stylist and team contacts.
  • Commercially minded, with experience using influencer marketing and PR to drive both brand awareness and revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the contemporary fashion, influencer and social media landscape.
  • Experience managing paid creator, influencer, talent or ambassador partnerships.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring campaign performance and optimising activity against KPIs.
