Zachary Daniels are partnering with a luxury fashion brand with a strong urban, street-luxury DNA to recruit a Mid-Level Apparel Graphic Designer. This is a key role within a fast-growing creative team, working closely with product, design and senior leadership to shape seasonal collections across menswear and womenswear.
The Role:
This role is perfect for a commercially minded apparel graphic designer who can move fluidly between graphic styles while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity.
You'll play a hands-on role in developing graphics that translate seamlessly onto garments - from prints and embroidery to placement graphics and trims - supporting seasonal collections, capsules and special projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Design apparel graphics across men's and women's collections
- Create commercially strong graphics aligned with brand DNA
- Develop print, embroidery, placement graphics and garment details
- Prepare production-ready artwork with technical accuracy
- Collaborate closely with fashion designers, product and garment tech teams
- Research trends, references and graphic directions relevant to the target customer
- Support seasonal collections, capsules and special projects
- Maintain brand consistency while contributing fresh creative ideas
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion environment
About you:
- 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer within fashion or apparel
- Strong understanding of garment graphics and print techniques
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (InDesign a bonus)
- Experience creating production-ready artwork
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of how graphics translate onto clothing
- Commercially aware with a passion for fashion and street-luxury aesthetics
- Confident working collaboratively within a creative team
