This is a standout opportunity for an experienced marketing leader from a retail, fashion, sports, athleisure, apparel or lifestyle background to join a business in an exciting period of scale.
As Head of Marketing, you will shape the entire marketing direction of the brand. You will lead a developing team, drive omnichannel activity, and deliver storytelling-led campaigns that build emotional connection with consumers. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with strong commercial focus, ensuring every campaign supports growth across UK and international markets.
The Role:
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Own a full omnichannel marketing strategy covering brand, digital, retail, performance and content.
- Build compelling brand storytelling and oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, including shoots.
- Drive consistency of tone, visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with e-commerce to optimise brand and performance marketing output.
- Strengthen relationships with key retail partners and deliver retail-specific activations.
- Manage budgets, marketing performance, reporting and ROI.
- Bring structure, pace and leadership to a business scaling rapidly.
About You:
- At least three years' experience in a Head of Marketing, Head of Brand or senior leadership marketing role.
- Over five years of senior-level marketing experience overall.
- A background in retail, fashion, sportswear, athleisure, apparel, or lifestyle is essential.
- Proven experience delivering full-mix, omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of campaign creation, brand storytelling, and content development.
- Experience building teams and guiding marketing functions through rapid growth.
- A commercial mindset with strong budget ownership and performance accountability.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and hands-on environment.
