Zachary Daniels Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing retail and ecommerce business looking to appoint a Head of Digital to lead and develop their digital growth strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital leader to join a fast-paced and commercially driven brand, taking ownership across ecommerce, CRM, digital marketing and online performance.

The role will focus on driving digital growth, improving customer experience, and leading online trading performance across multiple channels. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to help shape and deliver the wider digital roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading digital strategy across ecommerce, CRM and performance marketing
  • Driving online trading performance, customer acquisition and retention
  • Managing website performance, UX and customer journey optimisation
  • Overseeing CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement activity
  • Supporting paid media and digital growth initiatives
  • Using data and insights to improve performance and customer experience
  • Managing agencies, partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Leading and developing an in-house digital team

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience within a senior digital or ecommerce leadership role
  • Background within retail, ecommerce or consumer-facing brands
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, CRM and digital marketing
  • Commercially minded with a data-driven approach
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
