About the Role

As Senior Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts, ensuring customers are fully serviced OTIF, and driving continuous improvements across the planning function. You'll lead a small team of Demand Planners, mentoring and coaching them to deliver excellence. You'll own the demand planning process end-to-end, enhancing forecast accuracy, managing the critical path, improving reporting, and optimising tools and ways of working to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small team of Demand Planners, driving performance and supporting professional growth.
  • Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts to ensure customers are serviced OTIF across all channels.
  • Own and refine the demand planning process, introducing best practices that improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Manage the critical path, working closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment.
  • Improve and maintain demand planning reports, dashboards, and tools to support effective decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage risks, opportunities, and promotional demand.
  • Drive continuous improvement across forecasting methodology, processes, and planning systems.

About You

  • Experienced Demand Planning Manager (or Senior Planner ready for the next step) with a strong track record in forecasting.
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail, consumer goods, or homewares environment.
  • Excellent analytical capability with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning systems, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.
