Are you passionate about great fit, beautiful product, and making clothes that customers genuinely love to wear? We're looking for a talented and detail-driven Garment Technologist to join our clients growing team in North Yorkshire. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves being hands-on throughout the entire garment journey - from first sketch to final shipment.

What You’ll Be DoingNo two days are the same here, but your role will include:
- Leading fit sessions from prototype through to pre-production
- Creating clear technical specifications from design concepts
- Working closely with factories and suppliers to ensure samples, testing and production stay on track
- Reviewing garment quality, construction and fit at every stage
- Approving care labels, test reports and production samples
- Monitoring returns and identifying opportunities to improve fit and quality
- Collaborating with warehouse, QC and customer service teams to resolve issues and continuously improve standards
- Supporting catalogue and web teams to ensure product fit and technical details are represented accurately
- Occasionally visiting factories and suppliers when required
We’re after someone who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness and a positive, proactive attitude. You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience leading fit sessions confidently across multiple product categories
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction and quality standards
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience working closely with suppliers and factories
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance quality, speed and customer expectations
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence and collaborate across teams
- A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
- Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
