My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer to join their distribution service site in Nottingham. You will be working with an extremely successful company, that have invested heavily in state of the art machinery, and have been automated for over 15 years. Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out repairs, maintenance work and routine testing to all site machinery and equipment Completing planned maintenance work orders Demonstrate a proactive approach to maintenance and assist in the development of preventative maintenance mechanisms Understand and support KPI improvements Raising Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance equipment performance and overall warehouse efficiencyQualifications and Experience: Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical discipline – along with at least a Level 2 qualification in the other Proven experience in a similar electro-mechanical engineering fieldShift pattern: Panama 3-2-2 (rotating days / nights on 12hr shifts) Benefits: Salary – £49k Bonus Pension scheme Employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay Flexible benefits scheme including option to buy additional holiday, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more Access to free, 24/7 counselling and support through Employee Assistance Programme
