The Role

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll be speaking with customers, managing enquiries, converting opportunities into sales and helping ensure the store runs smoothly. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your management experience within a business that offers genuine opportunities for progression.

Working pattern: Full-time across the store opening hours, with no late evenings and reduced weekend hours as part of the rota.
