This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Store Manager to take on significant commercial and leadership responsibility within a complex, high-performing luxury retail environment.
Working closely with the Store Director, the Senior Store Manager will play a critical role in driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing leadership team and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Senior Store Manager will be a highly visible leader within the business, combining strong commercial awareness with outstanding people leadership and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.
The Role
The Senior Store Manager will work alongside the Store Director to ensure the continued success of the business, supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies while taking ownership of key areas of the operation.
This is not a traditional Store Manager position. The successful Senior Store Manager will have significant influence across commercial performance, client development, people and operational excellence, with the opportunity to develop towards future Store Director roles.
