To help drive that growth, they're looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to take the lead, shaping how the team plans, buys and manages product for the next stage of the business. The Role: This is a genuine leadership opportunity with plenty of scope to make your mark. You'll: Lead, coach and develop a team of five merchandising professionals Realign and improve merchandise planning systems and processes, building a solid foundation for scale Support the store rollout programme with smart, commercially focused planning Champion the basics, making sure core, evergreen product is always available, well ranged and well promoted Stay close to the detail, working hands-on alongside the team rather than managing from a distance Partner with senior stakeholders across buying, trading, supply chain and operations About You: You'll be a merchandising professional who wants to lead without losing touch with the day-to-day. You'll have: Proven merchandising experience at a senior level, with some people management experience or a clear readiness to step up Experience of both large, structured organisations and smaller, entrepreneurial businesses, so you understand best practice but also know when to be agile A track record of improving planning tools, systems or processes Strong commercial instincts and a confident, collaborative leadership style An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into practical decisions If you love being active and spending time outdoors, you'll feel right at home with this product and the customers who use it.
