We are seeking an accomplished Retail & Property Director to lead the strategic and operational performance of our retail portfolio within a luxury women's wear environment. This executive leadership role is responsible for delivering commercial excellence, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring our physical spaces reflect the sophistication, craftsmanship, and values of our brand. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee multi-site retail operations while owning the property strategy, ensuring each location is optimised for performance, brand expression, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Leadership
- Set and deliver the retail strategy across the store portfolio in line with the brand vision and growth objectives.
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance while maintaining an uncompromising focus on luxury customer experience.
- Lead, inspire, and develop regional and store leadership teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards, visual identity, and service excellence across all locations.
- Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to maximise commercial performance.
- Property & Estate Management
- Own the property strategy, including store openings, relocations, refits, and closures.
- Ensure all stores are maintained to the highest luxury standards, aligned with brand aesthetics and customer expectations.
- Identify new location opportunities that enhance brand presence and support long-term growth.
About You
- Significant senior leadership experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Proven track record of driving commercial performance across a multi-site estate.
- Strong experience managing retail property portfolios, including lease negotiations and store development.
- Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and service-led retail environments.
- Strategic, commercially astute, and highly detail-oriented.
