A high-growth luxury beauty brand is searching for an Operations Manager to elevate its end-to-end product journey. If you have deep experience in beauty, wellness, cosmetics or premium consumer goods and thrive in D2C-led, fast-scaling environments, this role places you at the centre of the brand's next stage of growth.
Only applicants with experience in Beauty, Cosmetics or Skincare will be considered. Please note, applicants will need to be able to work on site 4 days per week and be able to commute to Hammersmith or the surrounding area.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day rhythm of Operations & Wholesale, ensuring every product reaches customers, partners and retailers with the precision and care expected of a luxury brand.
- Lead and mentor an Operations team, setting high standards of execution.
- Oversee all wholesale order flow across UK, EU and US markets with a luxury-level attention to detail.
- Build strong, service-led partnerships with 3PL warehouses, pushing for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with D2C, Ecommerce and Supply Chain teams to elevate accuracy, speed and customer experience.
- Support premium product launches, gifting initiatives, influencer campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Drive operational excellence across systems and processes, including EDI and ERP improvements.
- Analyse performance, build clear reporting and create visibility across the business.
- Act as the go-to problem solver for time-sensitive issues or escalations.
Who You Are
- An operations expert with a luxury mindset and a calm, composed leadership style.
- Experience operating within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness or premium consumer brands.
- Strong wholesale operations knowledge, including compliance and export processes.
- A deep understanding of D2C operational dynamics.
- Strong team leadership and the ability to inspire high standards.
- Exceptional communication, planning and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on, solutions-driven approach, with natural curiosity for improving systems and workflow.
- Experience with SAP / Business Central and EDI systems.
