A prestigious premium brand renowned for its innovative performance accessories and equipment collections is currently recruiting for a Marketing Planner to join its growing Head Office team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to take ownership of the brand's planning and coordination across marketing, events and partnerships end-to-end, while managing the marketing calendar and go-to-market plan across the business.

Working closely with the CEO and managing the Creative Lead, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in protecting and building the brand's position as the world's most recognisable luxury motorcycle helmet brand.

The Role:

  • Own and manage the annual marketing calendar and go-to-market plan, aligning product launches, campaigns, events and channel activity throughout the year.
  • Define and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and customer acquisition activity across all relevant channels, tracking and reporting performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Protect and develop the brand's luxury positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
  • Own the events and partnerships strategy end-to-end, including defining and delivering the annual events calendar, organising and attending events, and managing brand partnerships and activations.
  • Lead PR and press strategy and execution, while managing ambassador and talent relationships.
  • Drive brand collaborations with partners both within and outside of the motorcycle industry, working closely with the CEO.
  • Manage the Creative Lead and oversee content output, directing the editing and delivery of creative assets to the Digital Team in line with the overall brand direction.
  • Organise lifestyle shoots and product content.
  • Coordinate trade show presence and work closely with the Digital Team and CEO.
