Zachary Daniels are exclusively registered to represent an exciting and fast-growing luxury jewellery brand. This is a brand new and pivotal role offering the opportunity to join a business that is redefining modern luxury through craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team at a truly exciting stage of growth. Reporting directly into the Marketing Director and managing one person, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing operations while helping to shape the wider brand strategy. This is a full mix marketing position, combining creativity with commercial thinking and offering the scope to lead across digital, PR, events and brand partnerships.
Key Focus:- Manage campaigns from concept through to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure world-class execution.
- Oversee website content, brand assets, product shoots, events and paid activity.
- Maintain the brand's luxury positioning, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects its distinctive identity.
- Combine strategic planning with hands-on delivery to drive results.
- Manage agencies, freelancers and one direct report, ensuring marketing output is consistently high-quality, on time and on brand.
- Monitor performance, analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to enhance awareness, engagement and sales.
- Experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive with a proven background in luxury, jewellery, fashion or premium retail marketing.
- Confident managing the full marketing mix across digital, CRM, PR, events and partnerships.
- Strong creative judgement with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury brands and retail.
- Skilled in managing agencies and internal teams, with the ability to deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Brings experience from both large, structured brands and smaller, entrepreneurial businesses.
- Combines strategic, long-term thinking with a flexible and proactive approach to hands-on delivery.
