We are working in partnership with a high growth fashion brand who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Admin Assistant to support a fast‑paced operations and logistics function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams with operational efficiency. Experience working within a start‑up or scale‑up environment is highly advantageous, as the role requires adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update logistics and operational databases accurately.
  • Support customer service processes and respond to internal and external enquiries.
  • Coordinate logistics administration, shipping documentation, and order tracking.
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and operational reconciliation tasks.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support administrative activities across logistics and operations functions.
  • Help identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

  • Previous administrative experience within logistics, operations, or supply chain.
