Head of People | Retail Brand | London (Hybrid) We're partnered with a premium retail brand, known for its quality, customer experience and heritage, as they look to appoint an experienced Head of People at an exciting point of growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a key part in shaping what the future of the brand looks like from the inside out. You'll be given a huge amount of autonomy, with real opportunity to shape both the role and wider People agenda. The business is also due to implement a new HR system later this year, so experience supporting systems implementation or transformation would be highly advantageous.
