We're looking for a Cluster Manager to support and inspire brilliant store teams, helping continue to deliver outstanding products, service, and hospitality across a large geographical area in South West London and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated multi-site manager to make a real impact, working closely with Store Managers to drive performance, build high-performing teams, and ensure every customer enjoys the warm, welcoming experience that our much-loved quick service coffee house and bakery is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee a number of stores, driving operational excellence, staff training and recruitment along with a drive to develop those around you.
- Lead and support multiple locations to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to maximise team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance through KPI analysis, sales reporting, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiencies, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Ensure all stores consistently meet food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalated customer concerns effectively and professionally.
- Maintain high brand standards across all locations.
