The Role

As a Bike Mechanic, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing bikes while delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bike servicing and repairs
  • Diagnosing mechanical faults
  • Building and preparing new bikes
  • Advising customers on repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining workshop standards
  • Supporting stock control and organisation

About You

  • Passionate about cycling and bikes
  • Experience servicing and repairing bicycles
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused and approachable
  • Cytech qualifications are beneficial but not essential
