We are recruiting a Store Manager to lead a successful fashion retail store on Anglesey. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team Driving sales and delivering key commercial KPIs Creating an outstanding customer experience Taking ownership of store performance and profitability Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations Maintaining strong visual merchandising and brand standards Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture Working closely with the Area Manager to maximise business performance About You We are looking for a Store Manager who is commercially driven, people-focused and enjoys being hands-on. You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager or strong Deputy Manager A proven track record of delivering sales and KPI performance Experience coaching and developing retail teams Strong commercial awareness with a focus on results Experience managing store performance and profitability A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for customer service Excellent communication and organisational skills Your background could be in fashion, lifestyle, premium, outdoor or another customer-focused retail environment.
