Zachary Daniels are proud to be representing this client in the market. We are working with a large international nutrition brand to recruit a Social Media Manager. This role is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the brand's social media presence across key platforms.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social strategies that grow brand awareness, build community engagement, and support commercial objectives across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels.

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the planning, creation and delivery of compelling social content that connects with customers and strengthens the brand's online presence. You'll use platform insights, audience data and trends to create high-performing campaigns while collaborating with creative, content and marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
  • Manage the social content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery
  • Create, brief and oversee the production of high-quality social content
  • Build and engage online communities, responding to customer interactions where appropriate
  • Monitor platform performance and use insights to optimise content and engagement
  • Work closely with creative, content and marketing teams to support wider campaigns
  • Identify and capitalise on emerging social media trends and platform updates
  • Manage influencer and creator relationships where relevant
  • Report on key social media metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all social activity reflects the brand's tone of voice and commercial objectives

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar social media role
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other major social platforms
  • Experience developing and delivering successful organic social media strategies
  • Strong content planning and copywriting skills
  • Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging content
  • Experience working within DTC, ecommerce or consumer brands is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social-first content
